The AT&T Fiber Gateway
The gateway is your modem and Wi-Fi router combined in one device. Current AT&T gateway models support Wi-Fi 6 which handles a large number of connected devices simultaneously without slowing down.
The back panel includes multiple Ethernet ports for devices you want connected by wire rather than Wi-Fi. Gaming consoles, desktop computers, and smart TVs often run better on a direct wired connection. The gateway stays plugged in around the clock and needs a power outlet near where the fiber cable enters your home.
